Our award-winning JointForces@ISS programme has earned MOD Gold Standard Employer Recognition Scheme status since 2015. For over a decade, we have been committed to supporting the military community and measured outcomes through SMART targets, performance management and transparent reporting. Through local needs analysis, targeted delivery methods, and comprehensive measurement tools, we create demonstrable social impact that supports Defence operational capability and readiness while generating quantifiable community benefits.

OUR APPROACH

Evidenced impact across military communities and environmental sustainability

Strategic capabilities aligned to MoD priorities:

  • Supporting military community transitions: JointForces@ISS programme supporting Service leavers, veterans and spouses in their transition to civilian careers, providing CV reviews, internships, career pathways and industry opportunities with SMART targets and performance management systems

  • Fighting climate change: Environmental sustainability integration across service delivery, carbon footprint reduction through supply chain optimisation, green technology adoption and sustainable practices with measurable environmental impact reporting aligned to net zero objectives

  • Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (ED&I): Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), including our Military Community ERG, which supports:

    • Military community integration

    • Transparent pay gap reporting and equality data publication

    • Diversity and inclusion initiatives across employment and supply chain partnerships

    • Equitable access programmes with specific diversity metrics and progress tracking

  • Community cohesion: Advocating:

    • Armed Forces Covenant advocacy with clients and supply chains

    • Business to business (B2B) support that helps clients establish their own military community employment programmes

    • Collaborative approaches that have resulted in successful employment pathways and knowledge sharing across organisations
